We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist members and families by providing information about available benefit options, coordinating virtual appointments, answering questions, and supporting them throughout the customer service process. Responsibilities
- Communicate with members by phone, email, and video.
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments.
- Provide clear information about available benefit options.
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer professional guidance.
- Aid members with completing online forms and applications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Follow up with members throughout the customer service process.
- Participate in training sessions and team development activities.
