Customer Service Representative - PT

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same—and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real difference.

Responsibilities

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include:

• Checking vehicles
• Entering information into a handheld device
• Processing rentals for loyalty customers
• Assisting customers at exit gates
• Checking in vehicles at return

Across all duties, you'll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

• Bi-weekly hourly wage of $15.00/hour (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage)

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
• Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
