Customer Service Representative - PT
Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, customer-facing role at our airport locations. This position offers a base hourly wage of $15.00/hour with monthly commission opportunities and potential shift premiums.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you’ll assist customers throughout the rental and return process on our airport lots. Responsibilities vary by location but may include checking vehicles, entering information into handheld devices, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting at exit gates, and checking in returned vehicles. You’ll provide professional, friendly service to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every customer.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help
- Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Qualifications
- 6 months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
