Customer Service Representative - PT

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for an outdoor, multi-function role at our airport locations. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You’ll assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities

• Check vehicles and enter information into a handheld device
• Process rentals for loyalty customers
• Assist customers at exit gates
• Check in vehicles at return
• Provide professional, friendly customer service across all duties
• Stay active and work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Drive a variety of vehicles as needed

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
