Customer Service Representative - PT

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, customer-facing role at our airport locations in Jackson, Mississippi.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will assist customers throughout the rental and return process on our airport lots. Responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in returned vehicles. You’ll provide professional, friendly service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Pay

$10.00/hour with a monthly commission opportunity. Shift premium may apply.
