What You'll Do
- Act as the key internal liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams
- Handle customer communication by phone and email, including order updates, spec clarification, and issue resolution
- Process and maintain customer orders within the internal order management system
- Prepare, organize, and maintain job specifications and order documentation for internal use
- Work cross-functionally with production, sales, and quality teams to support accurate, timely order fulfillment
- Engage in daily production discussions to stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and workflow
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Entry, or Account Management experience in the PRINT INDUSTRY is ideal
- NICE TO HAVE's: Speak fluent print - from specs and production steps to custom manufacturing workflows, notice the small details others miss, naturally organized with a strong sense of urgency, comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where collaboration matters
Compensation & Benefits
