Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between company and clients to provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with onboarding and administration of new customers, including account setup in company system, inquiries, solutions, and more.
  • Liaison between intercompany departments regarding potential client setup and inquiries.
  • Apply for and manage Continuous and Single Transaction Bond activities for US Northern Border Brokerage Division if applicable.
  • Review and prepare orders according to customer requirements and monitor order fulfillment process until completion.
  • Identify and address opportunity areas to meet customer demands.
  • Apply Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Maintain accuracy and make decisions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Drive results in a fast-paced environment, balancing meetings, tasks, and future initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in customs brokerage or logistics experience.
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
  • High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Completion of complex entries.
  • Mexican Legislation in Foreign Trade business knowledge.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English.
  • Valid Passport and ability/desire to occasionally travel to other office locations in CAD/USA/MX.
