Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner via phone call, text and emails
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings
  • Deliver all orders to Self-Distribution team to ensure delivery process is handled carefully and in a timely matter
  • Working with customers to understand their orders as well as inform them of any information that could impact their order, i.e. meeting a close quantity discount or product issues

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer calls displaying good phone skills
  • Track record of serving others and putting team goals first
  • Owners mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility
  • Ability to work on-site in our warehouse at 13000 McNulty Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154 with reliable transportation
  • Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
  • Military experience is a plus

Pay

Estimated Base Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 USD. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
