Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, hotel reservations, directions, and transportation.
• Cook up aircraft services such as fuel and hangar storage.
• Communicate effectively with team members via radio and other channels.
• Engage proactively with customers to ensure positive interactions.
• Educate customers on pricing and programs, and process invoices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Polished, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a customer-centric, safety-focused environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Stable job history.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to perform walking, stretching, bending, sitting, and grasping actions.
• May require overtime, nights, and weekends.
