Responsibilities
- Organize and file documents by internal coding system and Lot number
- Upload documents to the web during sales
- Communicate with various departments and customers regarding documents like LOLC’s and Purge Documents
- Process payments from successful bidders
- Provide customers with information about auxiliary services
- Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers
- Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by taking personal responsibility for safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous work experience involving in-person customer interactions
- Experience using computers and learning new technology/software
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- A friendly, outgoing, patient personality
- Able to work well in teams and take initiative
