Responsibilities
- Aid in customer inquiries regarding freight pickup requests, rate quotes, freight charges, hot shipments, shipment tracing, and appointments or special requests.
- Assist the Service Center Manager with taking and delivering messages and managing schedules.
- Provide support to drivers by preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Maintain open communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies.
- Occasionally assist with payroll data entry, freight reports, driver collection reports, billing, and filling.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent keyboarding skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands
