Customer Service Representative, Parking and Commuter Services
Under general supervision, this position provides optimum customer service and lead direction to student assistants at the Parking and Commuter Services (PACS) Administration service center. Responsibilities include cash handling, processing payments for parking permits, parking citations/penalties, and transportation programs, as well as entering data into a financial system. The role also involves balancing and reconciling cash drawers and deposits on a daily basis.

Requirements
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position leading to permanent status following successful completion of a probationary period.
Pay
Anticipated hiring salary range: $3,565 - $3,936 per month (step 1 - step 6). CSU classification salary range: $3,565 - $5,092 per month. Salary is commensurate with background and experience.

Schedule
This position requires in-person work on campus at California State University San Marcos.
