Customer Service Representative - Onsite/Hybrid position

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy team. The primary role is to answer incoming calls while focusing on customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, non-exempt, entry-level position. Once training is complete, this position will potentially be part of a hybrid remote work schedule. This position is located in Hudson, OH.

Schedule

8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Treat both new and existing customers like family.
• Receive all incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Set up new customer accounts for medical products service, such as diabetes supplies and breast pumps.
• Obtain insurance, referral, physician, and patient demographic information.
• Enter and manage all refill orders for existing customers.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and computer skills with the desire to communicate with customers and prospects for a majority of each workday.
• Effective at retaining and disseminating health insurance plan information.
• Ability to learn products and receive training through virtual methods.
• At least 1+ years of experience in customer service organizations or healthcare environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
• Word processing skill of 40 WPM.
• Detail-oriented.
• Healthcare experience helpful but not necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
