Customer Service Representative (NV) - $22/hr

Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Syracuse, we serve as a critical response center, protecting lives and properties 24/7, 365 days a year. Our team includes highly trained specialists who support thousands of alarm companies.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete all required training and follow company protocols and procedures
• Process outbound calls to customers and authority agencies in a call center setting, some inbound
• Provide detail-oriented customer service and empathetic support to our customers with a sense of urgency
• Respond to, verify, and dispatch on emergency signals
• Handle security alarm activations for residences and businesses in a professional manner
• Multitask and remain calm in various stressful situations

Qualifications

• Achieve an associate degree, equivalent military experience, or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service
• Be proficient in computer, written, and verbal skills
• Be comfortable using a headset in a high call volume setting
• Successfully pass a drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements

Schedule

Our 24/7 call center never closes; schedules include weekends, holidays, and rotating days. Various stable shifts accommodate individual needs.

Pay

Salary range: $22 hourly + shift differentials. Shift differentials apply for hours worked outside of standard business hours: +$0.50/hr. for hours worked between 5:00pm and 9:00pm, +$1.00/hr. for hours worked between 9:01pm and 6:00am, +$1.00/hr. for hours worked on Saturday & Sunday between midnight and 11:59pm, and +$1.00/hr. for Spanish bilingual positions.

Location

On-site in Henderson, NV. Available positions: Full-Time, Part-Time. Start dates available in August 2026.
