Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
- Follows proper balancing and cash handling procedures.
- Complies and operates within security and audit procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information.
- Contributes to a team environment to meet customer needs.
- Determines appropriate individual/line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer service issues.
- Completes outbound customer calls as needed.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
Other Skills And Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365.
- Proficient in various Banking Software programs.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effective communication skills, including writing simple correspondence.
- Sound mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for accepting and accurately processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. They must model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge and comply with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
