About the role

You’re the first face customers see and the most important memory, because you’ll be the one who helps them, over the phone and in-person, when they have a financial need.
No prior finance experience required – just bring your customer centric attitude and we’ll teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through marketing efforts.
• Prepare and process loans and income tax returns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
