Responsibilities

  • Adequately assist clients (in person or by telephone) and refer them to another team member when appropriate
  • Manage cash drawer and vault operations, ATM and cash recycler operations, and daily proof and cash balancing
  • Process monetary transactions and balance cashbox daily
  • Handle name and address changes and other account maintenance as necessary
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist other employees and departments
  • Provide education on 1st Security’s products and services
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Participate in branch operational and audit activities as assigned
  • Ensure branch security
  • Support management decisions and goals with integrity
  • Travel to assigned 1st Security Bank locations as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience within a financial institution
  • Basic knowledge of applicable regulations
  • Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures, and related programs
  • Bondable

Pay

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Schedule

As part of the daily work demands, occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 25 pound is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, as compared to a private office, with light foot traffic and office equipment. The employee must be willing and able to interact frequently with the general public.
