Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing Support)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day customer support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with sales teams to support account activities and drive business growth
- Accurately process orders, resolve issues, and manage customer inquiries
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP) systems to maintain data integrity and ensure efficient workflows
- Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and timelines
- Deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Preference to experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Preference to experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Initial training will be onsite for 2–4 weeks
- Hybrid schedule after training: Remote: Wednesday & Friday Onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delavan, WI.
Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
