Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, speed, and satisfaction
- Be the go-to contact for customer questions, updates, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Keep customers informed and build strong, lasting relationships
- Help ensure materials, scheduling, and production needs align with customer demand
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver mindset
- Able to stay organized and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with systems (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM, or similar tools)
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Bonus Points If You Have
- Mechanical or manufacturing experience
- Order entry or ERP system experience
- Exposure to technical products or drawings

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
