What You’ll Do
- Deliver a best-in-class, customer-centric experience during every interaction across all channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate quotes, process orders efficiently, and answer questions professionally and promptly.
- Strive for one-touch resolution to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed all service level agreements, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrate solid product and industry knowledge, guiding customers with confidence.
- Effectively utilize business technology including ERP, order entry systems, CRM (preferably Salesforce), and office software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with business software such as ERP, order entry systems, and CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional, empathetic approach.
