Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for process improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills including email and internet usage.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
