About the role
Enterprise Mobility is hiring for full-time Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) at the Lehigh Valley Airport location. This position offers competitive pay starting at $16/hour with potential for up to $1300 in monthly bonuses and a shift differential of $17/hour from 6:00pm-3:00am.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information
- Provide superior, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls for reservations, rate quotes, and customer inquiries
- Offer additional customer assistance such as directions, maps, and service information
- Affirmatively assess the condition of the rental vehicle upon return
- Notify management of any known customer or vehicle issues
- Continuously build knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of prior customer service or administrative support experience
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
