Customer Service Representative, Last Mile - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of outstanding service to customers and business partners through telephone and email interactions.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Maintain progress of delivery routes, scan haul-away pods, and verify stamps.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
- Solid multitasking ability with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
As a Customer Service Representative, you should have experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with one year of related experience preferably within a call center environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues are essential, along with solid multitasking ability and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet customer expectations is crucial.
