Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. is hiring for both full and part-time Customer Service Representative positions in La Jolla, CA.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day customer service tasks
• Happily meet & greet customers
• Check-in reservations
• Operate POS system
• Provide information to customers in an educated and polite manner to close calls
• Retail sales
