Customer Service Representative - Industrial Distribution

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to industrial distribution customers. Key tasks include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently
• Provide product information and support
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic computer skills (email, internet)

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred
• Knowledge of industrial products beneficial

Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective listening and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
