Customer Service Representative – Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in their healthcare journey? Durable Medical Equipment, a Pivotal Health company, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email
- Process and manage durable medical equipment orders accurately and efficiently
- Cook up equipment deliveries and follow-up communications
- Work closely with physicians, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers to obtain necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Deliver a positive experience for every customer interaction

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Medical office or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience required

Physical Demands
- The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, talk, and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment

- In the performance of this job, the employee may be exposed to chemical vapors such as acetone, ether, or glutaraldehyde. There may also be incidental skin contact with these substances. Personal protective (PPI) equipment such as gloves and eye protection must be used as appropriate to the task being performed.
