Customer Service Representative - Immediate Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 6–8 customer appointments daily
- Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to finalize vehicle purchases
- Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and complete paperwork using an iPad
- Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system
- Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record
- Support your team with additional tasks as needed

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

About the Role
This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. At the 3-month mark, you will be eligible to convert to a direct Carvana employee. At that point, you will transition into the Truck Hauler role. As mentioned, these are not semi-trucks—they are smaller trucks designed to transport 1–2 vehicles. Once you convert to direct employment, you will also be able to enroll in Carvana’s benefits package (see attached for details).
