Customer Service Representative III

Position Description

The position provides customer service to the public by providing a variety of responsible and difficult clerical work in support of the Development Services department; and to perform the more difficult and complex clerical duties including but not limited to permits, parking passes, and vehicle stickers.

Distinguishing Characteristics

• This is the advanced journey level class.
• Positions at this level are distinguished from the Customer Service Representative II by possession of the ICC certification.
• Employees at this level are required to be fully trained in all procedures related to assigned area of responsibility and cross-trained as assigned with the other Customer Service Representative II’s in the Village.

Pay

Package $24.00/hr. - $36.00/hr. +/- DOQ [anticipated hiring range $24.00/hr. +/- DOQ]
