Customer Service Representative II, Avenue North
Duties / Responsibilities
- Taking incoming calls for General Surgery, Podiatry, Colorectal Surgery, and Bariatrics.
- Scheduling appointments and handling phone notes.
- Escalating urgent calls with sound judgment.
- Using computer tools like scheduling modules and EMRs.
- Multitasking and handling calls appropriately using CCHS HEAT methodology.
- Interacting with patients, physicians, and staff, providing accurate communication.
- Ensuring safe work practices, reporting unsafe activities to the manager.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Prior call center, customer service, and medical office related experience preferred.
- Computer and keyboarding skills required.
