- Verify patient and provider information
- Manage case updates
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (associate degree preferred)
- At least two years in healthcare-related customer service or call center roles
- Medical intake experience (advantageous)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Understanding of provider networks and CMS rates
