Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages while providing responsive support
  • Schedule appointments, respond to billing inquiries, and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures
  • Cover patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Process wellness plans contracts and schedule recurring payments
  • Prepare documents for boarding and surgery
  • Schedule surgery/dental procedures
  • Room euthanasia appointments and review consent with clients

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience ideal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel welcomed and at ease
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively and communicate clearly within a team
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software
  • Compassionate demeanor and a genuine love for animals

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Able to meet physical demands, including sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods
  • Satisfactory background and drug screenings
