Job Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls and manages GP schedule
  • Handles incoming Emergency patients
  • Works with CSR Staff to ensure quality care and smooth operations
  • Adds clients/patients to EzyVet and verifies email and phone numbers
  • Adds clients/patients to the correct whiteboard in Smartflow
  • Demonstrates and reinforces high level of client service
  • Solves client issues and follows up with CSR Manager
  • Verifies accuracy of logged cash transactions and ensures proper training on cash management protocols
  • Maintains computer systems and resolves technical issues with HelpDesk
  • Works with highest level of professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • 3 years Customer Service experience
  • Manage time and tasks appropriately
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effectively works in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes personal accountability for mistakes and errors
  • Handles complex problems, listens actively, thinks critically, manages time, and makes decisions aligned with hospital policies
  • Able to handle upset clients
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work from a seated position for extended periods
  • Requires constant use of desktop computer and phone/headset
  • Occasionally requires walking, standing, or climbing stairs
