Job Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls and manages GP schedule
- Handles incoming Emergency patients
- Works with CSR Staff to ensure quality care and smooth operations
- Adds clients/patients to EzyVet and verifies email and phone numbers
- Adds clients/patients to the correct whiteboard in Smartflow
- Demonstrates and reinforces high level of client service
- Solves client issues and follows up with CSR Manager
- Verifies accuracy of logged cash transactions and ensures proper training on cash management protocols
- Maintains computer systems and resolves technical issues with HelpDesk
- Works with highest level of professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- 3 years Customer Service experience
- Manage time and tasks appropriately
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Excellent communication skills
- Effectively works in a fast-paced environment
- Takes personal accountability for mistakes and errors
- Handles complex problems, listens actively, thinks critically, manages time, and makes decisions aligned with hospital policies
- Able to handle upset clients
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Qualifications
- Must be able to work from a seated position for extended periods
- Requires constant use of desktop computer and phone/headset
- Occasionally requires walking, standing, or climbing stairs
