Customer Service Representative II

About the role

The Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) plays a crucial role in supporting customer accounts, handling order and delivery issues, and coordinating with various internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Awareness of all SKU’s in the customer portfolio and sourcing options
• Maintains inventory on all finished products for customers
• Collaborates with Production Planning to ensure product deployment
• Manages daily/weekly in-stock levels and maintains healthy inventory levels
• Owns customer satisfaction and drives success through problem-solving and solution development
• Develops and audits key accounts for accuracy
• Resolves internal process conflicts and develops streamlined processes
• Validates and reports customer fines and fees
• Manages orders to Supply Plan, including identifying potential rush orders and collaborating with Planning
• Acts as a lead point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries within 30 minutes and resolving issues by EOD or within 24 hours
• Manages on-site customer meetings upon request
• Provides monthly/quarterly customer updates and presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the position
• Minimum 0 years of experience managing people or projects

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes
