About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to help users navigate the Redfin and Rent websites and mobile app. Duties include assisting users with website and app navigation via calls and the Zendesk ticketing system, troubleshooting technical bugs, collaborating with agents and customers to ensure the website's data is accurate, and assisting customers with account maintenance. The goal is to ensure a world-class customer service experience by seeing issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with website and app navigation via calls and the Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot technical bugs.
  • Collaborate with agents and customers to ensure the website’s data is accurate.
  • Aid customers with account maintenance.
  • Ensure a world-class customer service experience by resolving issues.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual, able to work independently as well as in a group, and capable of handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • A commitment to the customer, no matter the issue.
  • A fun, caring, and humble attitude.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system, AWS phone system, and Slack is a plus.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer service experience.

Pay

The compensation for this position is $20.43-$24.04. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.

Schedule

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, 8a-5p PST, with a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
