Rogers Group, Inc., headquartered in Nashville, is a privately held aggregates and asphalt highway construction company operating in 13 states with over 3,500 employees. RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States. Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates to fill the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I position to be based at the Hillsboro Quarry in Hillsboro, TN. Candidate would ideally reside in or around the Tullahoma, TN area.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Truck Scale system
  • Take customer orders
  • Dispatch trucks
  • Perform general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures
  • Provide accounts payable and billing support
  • Work flexible hours and overtime

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing related tasks – preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing related tasks – preferred

Benefits

  • Full- time Day Shift: approximate shift times of 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
