Summary

The Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and tracks customer orders, works to resolve any delivery issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of effective customer support experience, preferably in a wholesale redistribution environment
• Strong phone skills
• Dynamic active listening
• Impassioned customer satisfaction focus
• Solid ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
• Prior proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Duties

• Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Mets call handling and order entry quotas
• Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Keeps records and track the pricing for customers
• Communicates with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders
• Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment
• Expedites Reports (back orders/open orders)
