Responsibilities
- Actively promotes Kele Companies' products and services utilizing ASLAN sales principles and communicates Kele Companies' value propositions to customers
- Maintains customer and account information in Salesforce database
- Sets up new customer accounts as per requests from the Accounting Department
- Completes outbound calls to customers for payment information
- Escalates complex cases to Senior Customer Service Team
- Releases web holds from orders
- Enters portal orders
- Inputs address information into Amazon orders
- Rotates with front desk duties
- Acts as an overflow resource for Salesforce team cases
- Participates in training opportunities and self-study in order to increase product and industry knowledge and to improve personal performance
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one-year related work experience
