About the role
Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. This role involves processing customer orders, inquiries, and transactions accurately and efficiently, communicating order status, and providing reliable delivery dates.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate order status and provide reliable delivery (promise) dates
- Proactively follow up to ensure commitments are met—or customers are informed early of any changes
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $18.46 - $32.26 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. Final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.
