Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Eligible)

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About the role
Provide high quality customer service to patients, departments, insurance companies & other entitles who require our services, by working the IDX patient accounts systems for both UP & HPA. This service is provided via the ACD phone system or face to face in a Customer Service Office. Work written patient correspondence. Update registration bad addresses and mail returns in the account system. Represent MU Healthcare by providing high quality customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Three years of customer service and or clerical experience is required. Education may be substituted in lieu of experience.
- Ability to operate a personal computer is necessary.
- The ability to type may be necessary depending upon the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center experience.
- Be able to receive and convey written/verbally communicated information.
- Ability to remain seated at work for most of the working shift if required to meet responsibilities and be able to work without direct supervision as necessary.

Pay
Salary Range: $15.00 - $23.64 hourly
