About the role
We are a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and expectations
- Enter accurate customer information and job notes in our system
- Cook up appointment confirmations and rescheduling when needed
- Aid customers with maintenance plans and membership scheduling
- Support technicians and office staff with basic customer communication
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly during busy seasons

Qualifications
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus — but not required. We will train the right person.
