About the role
As a Customer Service Representative for hotel bookings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests through phone calls, emails, and chat. You will handle inquiries regarding room availability, booking details, and guest preferences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Book and confirm hotel reservations
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding their bookings
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Follow up with guests post-booking to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services
