Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders.
  • Accurately enter, update and maintain order information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships to support long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Represent customer needs and effectively communicate across internal teams.
  • Actively resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments.
  • Cook up and track movement of materials to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Work closely with external suppliers to ensure consistency of materials and services.
  • Identify and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide prompt, knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Ability to work within ERP and Logistics systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Maintain math and conversion skills – perform order-related calculations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, distribution, or construction-related environment.
