Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders.
- Accurately enter, update and maintain order information.
- Develop and maintain relationships to support long-term customer satisfaction.
- Represent customer needs and effectively communicate across internal teams.
- Actively resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency.
- Collaborate with various internal departments.
- Cook up and track movement of materials to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Work closely with external suppliers to ensure consistency of materials and services.
- Identify and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
- Provide prompt, knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Ability to work within ERP and Logistics systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Maintain math and conversion skills – perform order-related calculations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, distribution, or construction-related environment.
