About The Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in Lawrence, KS. This full-time, on-site position plays a vital role in assisting individuals navigating complex healthcare programs, ensuring they understand and access their benefits effectively. As a CSR, you will serve as a trusted resource, providing support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and web chat. The role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on vulnerable populations while developing valuable skills in healthcare customer service. Training is comprehensive and paid, designed to prepare you for success in this rewarding position. Evening and night shifts are highly preferred, with additional shift differentials, and the work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and supportive.
