Customer Service Representative - Harrisburg Airport - Part Time

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for part-time Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) at the Harrisburg Airport. This position offers competitive pay starting at $16/hour with potential for up to $1300 in monthly bonuses and a shift differential of $17/hour from 6:00pm-3:00am.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offer company-approved services and products to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting necessary driver information for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
• Meet and greet customers professionally, promptly, and courteously.
• Communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Offer additional customer assistance such as directions, maps, local area information, and relevant service information.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries, and provide information and resolutions for customers, other branches, and vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callback management and other tasks as assigned.
• Absorb and assess the condition of the rental vehicle upon return.
• Notify management of any known customer issues or vehicle problems requiring maintenance.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities, as well as company-sponsored classroom training.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• A valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past 3 years.
