Customer Service Representative - Harrisburg Airport

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for full-time Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) at the Harrisburg Airport location. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16, with the potential for up to $1300 in monthly bonuses and a shift differential of $17 per hour during the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company-approved services and products to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Afford additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
• Assist in assessing the condition of the rental upon return.
• Notify management of any known customer problems or vehicle issues requiring maintenance.
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past 3 years.

Schedules Available

• Friday- Tuesday: 11:00am-7:30pm
• Saturday- Wednesday: 4:00pm- 12:00am (or last flight lands)
