Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Accurately inputting customer orders and credits in a timely manner
• Delivering courteous and effective customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues
• Utilizing the order entry system to provide information and troubleshoot problems
• Performing administrative tasks such as mail sorting, visitor check-in, and answering phones
• Attending training and customer service meetings
• Occasionally covering shifts outside regular hours, including Sundays
• Supporting sales initiatives to enhance company profitability
• Performing other duties as assigned
