About the role
Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, loan management, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
- Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly
- Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
- Manage customer accounts and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records through data entry
- Make courtesy reminder calls
- Ensure compliance with policies and laws
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in customer service or data entry preferred but not required
- Motivated, honest, dependable, and professional
