Responsibilities

• Assist customers during rental and return processes
• Check vehicles for condition and documentation
• Enter data and process rentals for loyalty members
• Support operations at exit gates
• Provide professional, friendly service to ensure positive customer experiences

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication and a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to type, sit, stand, walk, and drive various vehicles
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
