Responsibilities
- Support customers by phone and email, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer receives timely and thoughtful assistance.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality service.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
Requirements
- Skilled customer service representative with the ability to answer customers by phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Dependable.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Skilled in multitasking and organization.
- Strong desire to help and be empathetic to customers' needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- 2+ years working in customer service (in person or virtually).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge and ability to use computers and various platforms (email, chat, social media) to answer customer needs.
Qualifications
- Full Time team members participate in a quarterly shift bid based on performance. Common schedules are 9:30 to 6:00, 10:30 to 7:00, 11:30 to 8, and 12:30 to 9 with varying days off during the week and some weekends. Saturday and Sunday hours are 9:30 to 6:00. Sundays and hours worked after 7:00 PM offer shift differentials.
