Customer Service Representative - FT
$17.75/hour. Monthly commission opportunity. Shift premium may apply.
About the role
We're hiring immediately for a dynamic, hands-on role at our airport locations. No two days are the same—your flexibility and customer service skills make a real difference. This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots.
Responsibilities
- Check vehicles on airport lots
- Enter information into a handheld device
- Process rentals for loyalty customers
- Assist customers at exit gates
- Check in vehicles at return
- Provide professional, friendly customer service across all duties to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
- Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication
- Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Qualifications
- 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
